My experience in this field is invaluable.  I began my Real Estate career working as a community manager for one of the largest home builders in the OKC metro area.  My role with that builder was not only to sell the homes in my communities, but to help the buyer from the first steps of lot, floorplan and color selections, through the entire construction process to see that the home met the buyers' expectations and closed on time.  This process requires tremendous attention to detail in order to foresee problems and avoid them before they become irreversible headaches.  These preventative measures helped minimize the stress and frustration the homebuyers experienced, making it a much more enjoyable process for everyone.

After working through the development of two very successful Edmond communities (Summer Ridge and Sonoma Lake), I realized that my experience in new construction could help many more home buyers than just those building with one specific builder.  That's when I decided that becoming a Realtor® was the next logical step.  Since then, my team and I have helped numerous others with the task of building their dream home.  My knowledge of the local builder community has helped me pair many home buyers with the perfect builder for their individual tastes and expectations, again simplifying the process for them.
